These Terms of Service govern your use of license4u.co (the "Services"), operated by license4u.co. By placing an order or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these terms.

Products

We sell genuine Microsoft software licence keys for Windows, Office (Windows and Mac), Windows Server, Project and Visio. All products are digital: nothing is physically shipped. Your key, download link and activation instructions are delivered by email after payment is confirmed.

Independent reseller

license4u.co is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft, Windows and Office are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are due in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Licence use

Each key is licensed for use on the number of devices stated on the product page and is intended for the original purchaser. Keys must not be resold, shared, or used to activate more devices than the licence permits.

Refunds and warranty

Refunds and replacements are handled under our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to defraud us or Microsoft, or to interfere with the operation of the Services.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, license4u.co is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of a purchased licence, including data loss during software installation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
