Every product sold on license4u.co is a digital software licence key, delivered by email. This policy explains when a refund applies.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you have not used, installed or activated your licence key, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Contact us with your order number and we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6-month licence warranty

If a key fails to activate, or stops working, within 6 months of purchase, we will first troubleshoot the issue with you — most cases come down to an edition mismatch or a leftover older install. If we cannot get it working, we will replace the key free of charge or refund you if a working replacement is not available.

When a refund is not available

• The key has already been activated and is functioning correctly.
• The refund request is made outside the 30-day window and the key is working.
• The product was purchased for the wrong edition or platform after activation — in this case we will help you exchange it for the correct edition where possible, subject to a price difference.
