Windows 10 Home is a digital product key for the standard edition of Windows 10, sold for one PC and delivered by email from license4u.co. It is the practical choice for home PCs and laptops that lack TPM 2.0 or a processor on Microsoft's Windows 11 list, or that depend on older peripherals and apps.

Before you buy: support has ended

Microsoft's support for Windows 10 finished on 14 October 2025, as recorded on its product lifecycle pages. Windows 10 keeps installing and activating, but free security updates have stopped. If your PC can run it, Windows 11 Home is the better long-term buy; if it cannot, Windows 10 Home remains the supported-hardware route.

Home versus Pro

Home does not include BitLocker, Remote Desktop hosting, Hyper-V or domain join. For those features choose Windows 10 Pro. A Home key will not activate a Pro installation.

1 GHz processor, 1 GB RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB (64-bit), 32 GB storage, DirectX 9 graphics with WDDM 1.0 driver and an 800 x 600 display.

Frequently asked questions

Does a Windows 10 Home key work on Home Single Language?

Usually not. Home Single Language is a separate edition preinstalled on some laptops and often rejects a standard Home key. If you are unsure which edition you have, contact us before ordering.

Is Windows 10 still safe to use?

It runs normally, but without security patches it is best kept off sensitive tasks or paired with a supported browser and antivirus. Moving to Windows 11 is the long-term fix.

Can I switch to Pro later?

Yes, by entering a Windows 10 Pro key under Settings > Update & Security > Activation.
